特點及用途
本機自動上袋，自動定量灌裝，自動旋蓋，自動退袋，
整機自動化運行。本機采用PLC人機界面控制，出現運
行故障，直接顯示到觸摸屏檢測液面，促使排除故障輕松簡
便，本機新功能，缺袋自動停機，無袋不灌裝，從而減少
產品沒必要的浪費，運行方式采用往復式定位系統，因此運
行穩定。定位準確可靠，效率高。

This machine features on the automatic supply of bags, quantitative filling, cap-screwing and withdrawal of bags. It operates automatically. It adopts the PLC and human- machine interface controlling system so that the operation failure can be revealed on the touch-screen testing page immediately if there are any. It facilitates the trouble-shooting process. It stops automatically if there is a shortage of bags, which is the lastest function of the machine. The filling process also stops so that the unecessary wastes can be avoided in this way. The operation mode features on the reciprocating positioning system, which is accurate and reliable in positioning and efficient in production. It is the first of its kind in China.
